Go south from the elevator, down the hallway of the Administrative Offices section (white), past the ramp on the right, and into the first office on the right to location 2 and find the first vial of Toxin A.

For it to be of any use it must be researched. This will require the chemicals Sb(2) and V. You must find 4 vials (there are actually 5 on this deck). Only the first needs to be researched. The vials will have to be put into Environmental Regulators (4) in different sections of the level. Doing this will clear the bio-mass from the elevator shaft.

Go back toward the elevator and take the ramp on the left up. Watch out for the security camera at the top and around the corner to the right. Directly in front of you (north) is a large window overlooking Sector B Storage (beige). The chemical stores is beyond there in the Water Storage Area (cyan) of Sector B. Normally an access card is required to enter, and we don't have it. So, we make a shortcut.

Break out (shoot, smash with wrench) the far right-hand window and climb down the boxes into Sector B Storage (beige). Make your way north through the section and just before you get to map location 3, turn left and enter the Biological Survey Labs (dark cyan). Go west through this section to location 11 and get the Hydroponics B access card.

Go south and east through the Survey Labs into the Water Storage Area (cyan). At location 12, a small office in the Chemical Stores, inside a desk you'll find a second container of Toxin A, as well as the chemicals needed to research it.

Sector B Environmental Regulator

Leave Chemical Stores and go back into the Survey Labs, head east back into Sector B storage. Go to the south end to bright cyan location 1. Descend the ladder there into Sector B Maintenance (blue). At location 8 you will find a Hydroponics A access card. At location 10 you will find the Sector B Environmental Regulator. Drag a vial of Toxin A from inventory and drop it on the regulator.

Note:  During your exploration of this area, you may find an "ice pick" on a body. It allows you to hack something if you don't have hacking skills. You might consider saving this, and any other ice pick you find for the final showdown with Shodan. There will be 3 computer stations you can hack to lower her shields. You may find this an easier way of winning this confrontation than some others.

Sector C Environmental Regulator

Return to the upper level of Sector B (Sector B Storage). Make your way north to location 3, go through the door and head north, then west into Sector C Maintenance (green). Go to bright cyan location 3 and climb the ladder into the Experimental Office (yellow). Once there activate the resurrection chamber at the east end. Go to the west end to bright cyan location 2 and follow the ramp down into the west end of Sector B Maintenance (green). At location 4 find Sector C Environmental Control. Use another Toxin A vial here.

Backtrack back up to the Experimental Office then down into Sector C Maintenance (green) at bright cyan location 1. Head south and east back into the Administrative Offices area (white), down the ramp then north to the elevator.

Find the last of the Toxin A Vials

Just north of the elevator is the door to Security (red). Inside here are a security camera, two gun turrets, an OS upgrade unit (Yeah!), PSI/Tech upgrade units and a recharge station.

When you're finished there, go north into Sector D (purple) and make your way to the room that contains the broken replicator. It's the room next to map location 6. On the south side of this room is a jammed door and a window looking into a lab. Break out the window and climb through. Find the last two vials of Toxin A you need in the desks at locations 6 and 7.

Climb back through the window and exit the room. Backtrack to the elevator and go south into the Administrative Offices Area (white). Take the ramp back up to the level where you broke out the window to get into Sector B Storage.

Enter Storage 3A (green). In the next room you'll find a security camera, recharge station and Weapons/Stats upgrade units. You can also find a fifth vial of Toxin A at location 2.

Go south into the Cultivation Cells (white) and go to location 3 and get the Hydroponics D access card. In this area you may encounter several Beavers.

Continue south into the Cultivation Pool (yellow) - security camera here. Use another Vial of Toxin A in the Sector A Environmental Regulator at location 4.

Head north then west into the Turbines (green). Use the fourth vial of Toxin A at location 2, Sector D Environmental Regulator. Polito now tells you the bio-mass is clear from the elevator shaft.
